As part of Fort Lauderdale's incentive to create affordable housing in Flagler Village, our team created the proposal "9 Lofts" also known as "Flagler Lofts" for a 9 unit multi-family apartment complex with commerical real-estate on the ground floor. The idea was to have an urban space to interact with those along the street corridor, while providing an affordable living space above.
