Job Description: The basic function of the Project Manager II is to manage multiple small/medium projects and coordinates all aspects of assigned projects. Service as primary client liaison to bring the scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documents; office administrative tasks. Responsible in the design of projects in the schematic design, design development, construction document, and construction administration.
Responsibilities:
Performs the role of Team Lead/Studio Lead for a team of Architectural Designers
Budget and determine scope of work, estimates time allotment to project, and assist in proposal preparation/contracts.
Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success
Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects
Prepares presentation and design drawings and details
Requirements:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or related curriculum from an
accredited program
Preferred: Considerable experience in Architecture or related experience
Required: Minimum of 8 years or more of experience as Project Manager with an Architectural firm
Preferred: Licensed, but not required with 10 years with progressive growth.

Job Description: Develops/maintains marketing systems and records, produces proposals, and assists with other sales/public relations materials. Develops and maintains marketing systems/records and coordinates the marketing team. Produces proposals by coordinating proposal/presentation preparation, including scheduling project milestones and review, and working with project managers to ensure that quality materials are submitted and delivered. Edits coordinates, and helps write proposals, brochures, other sales/public relations material.
Responsibilities:
Create, assemble, and submit marketing proposals
Tracking results from Marketing and Communication efforts
Monitor, Follow-up and Track performance of Bid activity on all projects
Coordinate with Project Managers to update project sheets with project description, project cost, project contact, etc.
Communicate with the procurement team of the project for a debriefing of the proposal and provide a summary internally for continuous improvement
Create the Project Approach with the Project Managers
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities
Search for bidding opportunities on appropriate portals/websites
Keep up to date project photos to use in marketing proposal and pamphlets
Requirements:
Required: Associates Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Mass Communications from an accredited program. Proficient in Adobe Suites and Microsoft Office
