The transformation of Sugar Sand Park in Boca Raton introduces the new Sugar Sand Park Sportsplex—a modern, community-focused facility designed to bring recreation and sustainability together. Replacing a former roller rink, the Sportsplex will support a range of activities including roller hockey and basketball, while incorporating energy-efficient systems, passive cooling strategies, and durable, eco-conscious materials. Surrounded by native landscaping and designed with long-term performance in mind, the project creates a vibrant, environmentally responsible space for the community to gather, play, and connect.

Schematic design for the new Mountain Home Fire Department will lay the groundwork for a highly functional and efficient facility. The project includes three apparatus bays, decontamination and support spaces, offices, a kitchen, and a training room, with a second floor dedicated to mechanical and communications.
