The Tamara Peacock Company Architects offered an architectural design services Master Plan to reinvent the neighborhood image. A new park pavilion with basketball courts, volleyball courts, playground pavilion, adult exercise equipment and new parking pavilion will be constructed. Work has also been done to reconstruct the entry walls of Turtle Run Estates. Electrical and plumbing design service as necessary to design entry walls. Removal of bricks and use contemporary stone work. Removal of oversize landscape and creating a new concept with the use of trees, pools and fountain. Walls will sit in front of lake upon entrance. Work is also being done to pave the roadways and update the street lighting.
