Located in Fort Lauderdale, FL our team is comprised of 16 talented Architects & Interns, we are dedicated to & successful in development & redevelopment in harmony with its’ unique natural and culturally diverse environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate fees, determines scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts

  • Coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

  • Prepares strategic plans and resources for project success

  • Develops planning and creative-design concepts for projects

  • Prepares presentation and design drawings and details

Requirements:

  • Must be Intermediate level with REVIT software.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years or more of experience as Architectural contributor with firm or business producing commercial and municipal related projects.

  • Preferred 5 years with progressive growth 

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program 

  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture or related experience
