Responsibilities:

  • Relieve phones for the front desk during lunch hour.

  • Make copies for architects, administration, and marketing.

  • Help bind proposals when necessary.

  • Help answer phones when front desk is busy.

  • Create spec books.

  • Run errands.

  • Help maintain machines.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the library. 

  • Do research for codes, grants, information for projects and anything else that is needed.

  • Drawings for architects when needed.


Knowledge needed:

  • 3D modeling 

  • REVIT and AutoCAD

  • Hand sketching

  • Lumion (not required)
